Adria L.. Ford, DO
Adria Ford, DO joined Kosciusko Medical Group in October 2012. Dr. Ford earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004. She completed a general surgery internship and residency at Metro Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Ford is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Ford is board certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. Dr. Ford performs minimally invasive, general and cancer related surgeries. |

Paul T. Haney, MD
Born and raised in Indiana, Paul Thomas Haney, MD joined Kosciusko Medical Group in January 2009. Dr. Haney earned his medial degree in 1992 from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed a surgical internship at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, IA in 1993 and a surgical residency program at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, KS in 1997. Dr. Haney is board certified through the American Board of Surgery.

Patrick B. Ilada, MD
Board certified general surgeon Patrick B. Ilada, MD joined Kosciusko Medical Group in April 2006. He earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1996. At Michigan State University, Dr. Ilada completed a surgical internship in 1997 and a surgical residency program in 2001. He also completed an Advanced Laparoscopy, Endoscopy and Ultrasound Fellowship in Indianapolis in 2002. Dr. Ilada is board certified through the American College of Surgeons.

Mark A. Jensen, MD
General surgeon Mark A. Jensen, MD joined Kosciusko Medical Group in April 2007. He has been providing general surgery services at Kosciusko Community Hospital since 1984. His medical school training was obtained from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota and he graduated from medical school in 1979. He spent two years of general surgery residency at Harbor/UCLA Medical Center in Terrance, California and completed his last three years of general surgery (five year total general surgery training) at St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio. |

Kishan T. Kishan, MD
Vascular and general surgeon Kishan T. Kishan, MD joined Kosciusko Medical Group in November 2010. Born and raised in India, Dr. Kishan completed his medical degree in 1973 from the Bangalore Medical College. He completed an internship in 1976 at Ellis Hospital in New York and his residency program from the University of New York at Buffalo in 1982. Dr. Kishan is board certified through the American Board of Surgery and American Registry for Medical Sonography and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has specialized training in vascular surgery, sonography and phlebology and years of clinical experience in wound care, leg ulcers, blood clots, and varicose and spider veins.
