Neurology
Neurology is the medical specialty that focuses on disorders of the nervous system. Neurologists, physicians who specialize in neurology, are trained to investigate, diagnose and treat neurological disorders. Many neurologists may also have additional subspecialty training in conditions such as stroke, interventional neurology, epilepsy, neurorehabilitation, behavioral neurology, sleep medicine, neuroimmunology, clinical neurophysiology and/or movement disorders.

Kevin M. McGeehan, DO
Board certified neurologist, Kevin M. McGeehan, DO joined Kosciusko Medical Group in August 2010. Born in Philadelphia, Dr. McGeehan earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999. He completed an osteopathic internship in 2000 and completed post-graduate training in both internal medicine and neurology at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Dr. McGeehan is certified in the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale and is board certified through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. |
