Obstetrics
Several of our Family Medicine physicians provide obstetrical care including prenatal care in the office and newborn care in the hospital setting. J. Elizabeth Struble, MD and Lori J. Zimmerman, DO provide prenatal care only in the office.

David W. Dick, MD
Born and raised in Canada, David W. Dick, MD joined Kosciusko Medical Group in September 1995. Prior to moving to the Warsaw area, Dr. Dick practiced medicine in Canada from 1982 to 1995. He earned his medical degree at the University of Saskatchewan and completed his internship at St. Paul's Hospital in Canada. Dr. Dick is board certified through the American Board of Family Practice and is certified in family medicine by the College of Family Physicians of Canada. |

Erin Jungbauer, MD
Family Practice Physician Erin B. Jungbauer, MD joined Kosciusko Medical Group in 1992. Born and raised in Indiana, Dr. Jungbauer earned her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1989. She completed her residency at Saint Joseph's Medical Center in South Bend in 1992. Dr. Jungbauer is board certified through the American Board of Family Practice. |

Emma L. Long, MD
Board certified family practice physician Emma Long, MD has been practicing medicine since 1997. She joined Kosciusko Medical Group in 2006. Dr. Long earned her medical degree from Loma Linda University in 1994 and completed a family practice residency in 1997 in Hinsdale, Illinois. Dr. Long is board certified through the American Board of Family Practice. |

Lynn M. Losby, MD
A former Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy, family practice physician Lynn M. Losby, MD joined Kosciusko Medical Group in 2001. Practicing family medicine since 1985, Dr. Losby earned her medical degree from The University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1985. She completed her internship at Spartanburg General Hospital in 1986 and a family practice residency at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida in 1995 where she was Intern of the Year in 1993. Dr. Losby has provided obstetrical care since 1995. She is board certified through the American Board of Family Practice. |

Francisco Negreros, MD
Born and raised in Mexico, Francisco Negreros, MD joined Kosciusko Medical Group in September 2000. Prior to moving to the Akron area, Dr. Negreros practiced medicine in Illinois. He earned his medical degree at the National University in Mexico in 1973. Dr. Negreros completed a family practice internship at Regional Hospital of the State Health Department and a general surgery residency at Saint Josephs Hospital in Chicago. |

Brian Reichenbach, MD
Born in Iowa, family practice physician Brian Reichenbach, MD earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa in 2004. He completed a family practice residency in 2007 at Memorial Hospital of South Bend. Dr. Reichenbach joined Kosciusko Medical Group in November 2009. He is a volunteer faculty member with the Indiana University School of Medicine serving as a community preceptor for the Department of Family Medicine's Third Year Clerkship. Dr. Reichenbach is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine. |

Family practice physician J. Elizabeth Struble, MD joined Kosciusko Medical Group in May 2011. Dr. Struble earned her medical degree from Michigan State University in 2007. She completed her internal medicine internship at Fletcher Allen Healthcare in Vermont in 2008 and her family practice residency program from Fort Wayne Medical Education Program in 2011. Dr. Struble is board-certified through the American Board of Family Medicine.

Lori J. Zimmerman, DO
Family practice physician Lori J. Zimmerman, DO joined Kosciusko Medical Group in August 1999. Dr. Zimmerman earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic medicine in 1996. She completed her internship in 1997 and then her residency program in 1999 at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Dr. Zimmerman is board certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
